"Pickup was fine, just a little scattered"
I ordered shoes online for pickup at The Shoe Company, and I did get the pickup email the same day, so that part was actually great. But when I got to the store, the staff took a bit to find my order, like, they were checking around and then wait, no, maybe it’s over there — so it felt a little unorganized. Nothing terrible, just slower than I expected. I’d probably use it again, but only if I’m not in a hurry.

"Not the easiest runner shopping trip"
I went in looking for a new pair of runners and, to be honest, I mostly just noticed how unorganized everything felt. The sizes were all over the place, and I had to spend more time than I expected digging around. The staff were around, but I didn’t really get much help, so I kind of focused on figuring it out myself. I did end up finding a pair in the end, but the long checkout line capped off what was already a frustrating shop.

The stock transfer was super easy. I was expecting it to be one of those things where you start clicking around, get confused, make coffee, forget what you were doing, and then have to call support, but nope, it was straightforward. Everything moved along smoothly, and I didn’t really have to overthink it.

"Shoes arrived really well packed"
I ordered from theshoecompany.ca and was impressed with how the package arrived.

The actual shoe box was packed inside another shipping box instead of just being tossed in a bag, so it showed up without any dents or crushed corners. The shoes looked brand new, still had the paper inside, and everything felt clean and untouched.

It might seem like a small thing, but I’ve had shoes arrive looking rough from other places before. This order was packed properly, arrived in great shape, and I really appreciated that.

I mean, the points do add up over time, which is nice. I do like seeing them build up... but i kind of wish the discounts kicked in a little sooner. Still a good perk, just feels like it takes a while to actually get something back.

"Good tracking, though not perfect"
I ordered a pair of boots and the tracking emails were helpful. They let me know when the boots shipped and again before delivery, so I wasn’t totally guessing. That said, one of the updates came later than I would’ve liked, which was a little annoying, but somehow it still felt easy enough to follow overall. Not perfect, but I’d say it worked well.

"Comfy after a short break-in, sizing is a bit tricky"
I got a pair of casual sneakers from theshoecompany.ca they’re better than I expected. I don’t usually put much faith in all the polished product descriptions and “all-day comfort” type wording, because half the time it feels like marketing fluff, but these actually did end up being comfortable. They took a day or two to break in, then they felt good for walking around and doing errands. My only complaint is the sizing feels just a little off. I probably could’ve gone up half a size. Still, I’m happy with them overall and my feet aren’t sore after wearing them all day, so I’d give them 4 stars.

I ordered a pair of boots from theshoecompany.ca because the size showed as available, even though I wasn’t sure I should trust it. I’ve had other sites let me order and then cancel later, which always makes you feel kind of dismissed as a customer, like your order didn’t really matter. This time, the inventory was actually right. The boots shipped normally and showed up within a few days. It was a simple, straightforward experience with no wondering if they really had them or not. I’d order from them again.

"Finally Found My Size Without the Usual Hassle"
I was so mentally drained from trying to find these boots in my size everywhere else, so I was surprised they actually had them. Usually I end up checking a bunch of stores and getting nowhere, but this was really easy. Checkout went smoothly too. I’d definitely use them again.

I ordered my usual size from theshoecompany.ca and even checked the size chart first, but the shoes still fit way smaller than expected. Super frustrating because now I have to go through the whole return process and wait all over again. I don’t know if it’s the brand or the sizing info on the site, but whoever runs this needs to get it sorted because it was not accurate at all for me.

"Great deal on boots"
I found a pair of boots on sale, and the extra promo code actually worked, which was a nice surprise. The final price was way cheaper than the other places I checked. Shipping wasn’t super fast, but it was totally fine, and checkout was simple enough. I think other shoppers would appreciate the deals too, especially if they’re already comparing prices. I’ll probably keep an eye on their sales from now on.

"A little payment drama, but it worked out"
I had a bit of a weird start when I tried to place my order. My credit card got declined twice, which was annoying because I knew it should’ve worked. I gave it some time, tried again later, and thankfully the payment finally went through. After that, everything was smooth. The order showed up just fine, so in the end it wasn’t a big deal, just a frustrating little hiccup at the beginning
